The provost and senior vice president for academic affairs, Elaine Meyer-Lee, is the
chief academic officer of the college. Among the responsibilities of the provost are:
The associate provost for undergraduate studies, Isabel Moreno-López, provides support and counsel to students on academic matters; develops and enforces academic policies; determines academic standing; reviews petitions; co-chairs the DEIJ council and oversees faculty advising, and ACE . She also oversees the Office of the Registrar and the Goucher Prison Education Partnership (GPEP).
The associate provost for faculty affairs, Jamie Mullaney, is responsible for faculty development and support and assessment of student learning. She also provides oversight for the Post-Baccalaureat Pre-Med Program, Institutional Effectiveness, and Center for the Advancement of Scholarship and Teaching (CAST).
The associate provost for curriculum, Germán Mora, provides oversight for Graduate and Professional Studies and First Year Seminars (FYS).
In addition, the library, Office of Global Education, Career Education Office, and the Office of Community-Based Learning report directly to the provost.
